1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Olea Transfers via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is provided for notifications sent up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Flight & Ferry Delays

We monitor all arrivals in real-time. In the event of a delay, your driver will wait for you at no extra charge. However, if a delay exceeds 2 hours, we reserve the right to reschedule your transfer based on current availability.

4. Luggage & Passengers

The passenger is responsible for choosing a vehicle size that fits their party and luggage. For safety reasons, the maximum number of passengers per vehicle as stated in the booking cannot be exceeded.

5. Conduct & Safety

Smoking, the use of illegal substances, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who acts in an aggressive or unsafe manner.

6. Liability

Olea Transfers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road accidents, or police checkpoints. We advise all passengers to have valid travel insurance.
